What can I expect?
Our guest can expect a warm welcome to a joyous evening of celebration. Our event will be an intimate, cozy, relaxed gathering, allowing us to truly connect with everyone. After our ceremony there will be a reception with dinner and dancing. Creating memorable moments that will be unforgettable.
Will there be a rehearsal dinner?
Yes! We will be hosting a rehearsal dinner for our "We Still Do Crew". We will notify each crew member with the time, date and location.
Where will the celebrations take place?
Our ceremony and reception will be held in Long Beach, California. Invitees will receive an email with the address and directions when they RSVP.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. Guest will have the option to move indoors and outdoors during the reception, as there will be seating to accommodate all guest in both indoor and outdoor settings.
Will the ceremony and reception be in the same location?
Yes.
What time is the ceremony?
The ceremony will promptly start at 7pm. Guest are asked to arrive at 6:30pm to park and find your seat. There is no assigned seating so sit where you are most comfortable.
What is the dress code?
We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our special day! Please join us in your best casual wedding attire. Examples would be, for women a nice sundress, jumpsuit or skirt and blouse. For men, dress pants, polo shirts, button up shirts. Wear comfortable shoes, so you can dance the night away, under the stars.
What is the deadline to RSVP?
Invitees are kindly asked to RSVP By August 1, 2026. Invitees who do not RSVP by then will be considered a "no show". Unfortunately, their invitation will be canceled and they will not be accommodated at our event. Seating, food, drinks, etc is strictly based on our head count. So, if you wish to attend, please be so gracious to RSVP on or before the deadline. Thank you in advance.
How do I RSVP?
Invitees can RSVP on our website beginning July 1, 2026. Simply click the RSVP tab on the home page, enter your name as it appears on your invitation, as well as your email address and you will receive a confirmation email with all the event details. Invitees may also RSVP for everyone listed on their invitation.
Is it okay to take pictures and record during the ceremony?
We ask that our guest please refrain from taking pictures or recording during our ceremony. Pictures and recordings are allowed during the reception.
Can I bring a date?
We're so excited to celebrate this special day with our closest friends and family. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated.
Are kids welcome?
Yes, but only the kids that are invitees on our guest list. Respectfully, we will not be able to accommodate any kids that are not on our guest list, due to limited space and seating. All guest, including kids are by invitation only. All kids must be accompanied and supervised by an invited adult guest.
Will There be an open bar?
There will be a self-serve bar with a variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages for our guest to enjoy. We ask guest to please drink responsibly and have designated drivers if needed. Only guest 21+ will be allowed to drink alcoholic beverages at our event.
Can we post photos on social media?
We don't mind our guest posting on social media, we do ask that our guest share what they want to post with us first. We just want to make sure you got our good side lol....
Do we have a gift registry?
Your presence on our special day is the best and most precious gift of all. All we ask is that our invitees warmly accept our invitation and join us in our celebration of love and marriage. If you'd still like to give, please donate to your favorite charity or volunteer at your local shelter, and thank you for your wonderful acts of kindness.
